1780s French gown with peplum

I am wearing the wonderful creation of my seamstress aunt with my guidance and direction. I wanted to achieve a replica of a dress I fell in love with during the Petit Trianon scene in the 2006 "Marie Antoinette" film. I got to wear it for Halloween this year. The original costume designer is Milena Canonero. This is a cross between a chemise a la reign and a robe a l'anglaise.
